Numerous advertising messages received by subscribers of various telephone companies often cause a disapproving reaction from the latter. Intrusive ads can distract from something more important or just be unnecessary. In these cases, it is possible to disable it.

Instructions
Step 1
Go to the main menu of your phone, select the "Messages" item, go to the "Options" or "Settings" section (depending on your phone model). Next, find the sub-items "Informational messages", "Operator messages", "Subscriptions", etc. Move the checkboxes from the “on” position to the “off” position and press OK.
Step 2
Open the official website of the MTS operator, in the drop-down list at the top of the page, select your region. Then follow the link "My Account" located in the upper right corner of the page. You will see a window containing a link to go to the "Internet Assistant" service, click on it. Log in to this service or, if you do not have a password, use the system for obtaining it (click "Get password" and follow the further instructions of the system). After entering the "Internet Assistant" go to the section "Connecting and disconnecting services". Disable services that are the source of advertising mailings (for example, MTS-Gazeta, MTS-Novosti, etc.)
Step 3
Look at the list of all the mailings connected on your phone by dialing the USSD request: * 152 * 2 # and pressing the call key. Select the second menu item to view the subscription catalog, current subscriptions, or unsubscribe.
Step 4
Manage your subscriptions in the "Personal Account" section using the "My Subscriptions" service.
Step 5
Call the round-the-clock information service of the MTS company at 0890 and ask the operator you are interested in, having previously named your passport data specified when concluding the service contract.
Step 6
Contact the nearest office of the MTS mobile communications company. You can find out the locations of offices in your city on the official website of this company by clicking on the links "Help and service" and "Nearest salons-stores". Do not forget to take your passport before contacting an office employee in person.
