To get the details of calls made from a number connected to the MegaFon network, you can use the Service-Guide self-service system on the website, contact the company's office or call the help desk.
Instructions
Step 1
Visit the official website of the MegaFon company. Select your service region on the special tab.
Step 2
Find the button "Service Guide" on the main page. Follow the link.
Step 3
Obtain a password for accessing the self-service system, if you have not received one before. The instructions for obtaining a secret code are located above the windows for entering a password and a mobile phone number, it will be sent to your phone in an SMS message.
Step 4
Enter your mobile phone number and the access code to the Service-Guide self-service system in the appropriate fields. Click the "Login" button.
Step 5
Explore the main menu of the self-service system. Click on the "Account balance" item. In the submenu that appears, select the "Call detailing" section.
Step 6
Specify the parameters for ordering call detail in special windows. You can choose any time period in the last five months. Enter the email address or fax number to which you want to receive the report. You can also set a password to open the zip archive and use the SMS alert service when detailing is ready. When finished, click the "Order" button.
Step 7
Check your email. Details of the invoice will come within three hours.
Step 8
Visit the nearest MegaFon office. You can find the addresses of the branches on the official website. They are available in the Help and Service section of the home page. Contact a specialist with a request to send details of calls for a specific period of time to your e-mail.
Step 9
Call 8-800-333-0500 (call within Russia is free), wait for the connection with the operator and order call details. It will be delivered by fax or email. MegaFon provides its subscribers with the service of receiving bill details free of charge.
