Step 1
The easiest way to pay with a bank card is to top up through an ATM. Insert the card into the ATM of your bank and enter the PIN-code using the device keyboard.

Select your mobile operator and enter your phone number. Then you will be prompted to enter the amount you need to replenish. Check the details, then press the "Pay" button.

You can link your bank card to the Universal Financial System, with which you can not only replenish your phone balance, but also pay for utilities and the Internet. There is no need to conclude any additional agreement, it is enough to go through the registration procedure on the system's website.
Step 5
Go to the service page and click the "Add card" menu. Fill out a special electronic form. Indicate the name of the bank, address, owner's name, card number, expiration date. After the pre-authorization procedure, click the "Activate" button and enter the amount that was used as a check (from 1 to 50 rubles). The exact amount of the contribution can be found by calling the customer service of your bank. Press the "Confirm" key. The verification amount will be refunded within 30 days.
Step 6
In your personal account, add the phone numbers that you will replenish. After adding, click on the "Pay" button, specify the payment amount and bank card details. The account will be credited within 10 minutes. The service charges a 2% commission.
