Step 1
First of all, you can always call the support service of the Megafon company in your region, wade through the jungle of the voice menu to a live operator and ask him a question about your tariff. The operator, for all his dissatisfaction with this question, will have to answer it.
Step 2
It will be easier and faster to use a USSD request sent directly from the phone. For example, by dialing * 105 # and choosing the "Balance" item in the menu, in addition to the state of your account, you will also see the name of the tariff (you can simply dial * 105 * 1 # without menu items).
Step 3
In addition, you can use the SIM-menu tool, in fact, a shell for the same USSD requests. Select the item you need (the same "Balance") and wait for the message.
