There are different reference numbers for the numbers of different Megafon branches. Subscribers of the Central Branch, for example, find out their tariff plan when calling a free number: * 105 * 2 * 0 #.

Subscribers using the services of the Ural branch can receive information on the tariff through the number: * 225 #.

Reference phone number for the Volga branch: * 160 #.

To use these numbers, the phone must be within network coverage. In other cases, you can find out about the tariff using the "Internet Assistant" service. If you are not familiar with your tariff plan, do not know its parameters, the exact cost of all services, then you can use a special number to find out all this. All major telecom operators have such numbers.

Subscribers of the Megafon operator can find out about the current tariff plan in any communication salon or in the customer support center. Megafon subscribers can also learn more about their tariff plan through the "Service-Guide" self-service system. To be able to use it, you must log in (enter your password and username). Other Russian telecom operators also have numbers by which subscribers can get information about the properties of their tariff plan. In Beeline, for example, this number is * 110 * 05 #. But in MTS, such information will be available in the company's contact center or through the "Internet Assistant". To enter this system, you will need to have a username and password. Login is your mobile phone number, and you need to set the password yourself. For this there is a special number * 111 * 25 #, as well as 1118.

The official website of the mobile operator Megafon offers several ways to find out information on the subscriber's account, including the tariff plan. The first is to use a short phone number. To enter the menu with all the information, dial the short number * 105 # and press the call button. You will be taken to the context menu, from which it is easy to go to the desired item.

All the necessary information on the subscriber's personal account is contained in the Personal Account. All the necessary data is presented here, including the tariff plan. To access your Personal Account, enter your phone number and password on the login page. To get a password for your number, dial * 105 * 00 #. The password will be sent via SMS in the next few minutes. In the same way, you can get the password for the tablet and modem numbers. If the device does not support receiving SMS messages, insert the SIM card into the mobile phone, request the password, and then return it to the modem or tablet.

To get information about the number, including the tariff plan, through the short menu, dial * 105 # on your phone. Then enter the answer 1 (My Account) and you will be taken to a context menu containing information on your balance and tariff, as well as on costs and connected services. Requests in this menu are free both in the Home region and in roaming. Through this interactive menu, it is easy to check which Megafon tariff is connected to your number.

The menu is organized in such a way that you can find out your tariff plan in several ways. The first one is through contextual responses in the menu. First dial * 105 #, then go to the Tariffs item (on key 3), and then - Find out about my tariff (key 2). In addition, you can use the direct command * 105 * 3 * 3 #. However, this second method will only work if you have a new SIM card. For old numbers, the context menu has a different structure and different keys correspond to its sections.

In addition, you can find out your tariff plan through the context menu using the key combination * 105 #, then go to the My account item (button 1), then go to the Tariff submenu (button 3) and select Learn about my tariff (button 2) … The direct command for this method is * 105 * 1 * 3 * 3 #. Regardless of the chosen method, you will receive an SMS containing information about the name of your tariff plan and its short description.
Step 18
You can find out your Megafon tariff plan by calling the free service number 0505, after which the autoinformer will tell you the name of your tariff plan and the balance on the account. A more detailed description of the tariff can be obtained by pressing button 1, then 1 again if you want to listen to the description of the tariff by phone, and 2 if you want to receive information in an SMS message.
