Instructions
Step 1
Close the number by registering and logging in from the "Personal Account" on the official website of the operator "Beeline". If you have not opened your "Personal Account" yet, call from your mobile phone to the toll-free number * 110 * 9 #. Receive an SMS message with an access code to the Beeline self-service management system.
Step 2
To disconnect, enter passport data (for individuals) or the legal address of the organization and TIN (for legal entities) in the "Personal Account" on the company's website.
Step 3
Close the number by calling 0611 or (495) 974-8888. Dictate to the company employee your passport details, which are indicated in the contract. If the Beeline number is registered for an organization, name its legal address and TIN.
Step 4
Disable the number by contacting the Beeline service office. Tell the employee your passport data or, if the Beeline number is issued for the organization, its legal address and TIN. In this case, you can save the non-working number for the future (it is advisable to indicate the reason for saving in official papers) or close it completely.
Step 5
Find out the details about the temporary or permanent disconnection of the number in the questions and answers section on the official website of the Beeline company, indicating your first and last name, as well as the region of service.
Step 6
Contact the online consultant on the official website of the "Beeline" company, clearly formulating the question. If the online consultant was unable to promptly help you, use the feedback form in the same section.
