If you need to resize a song or delete unnecessary parts of it, then it is better to use all possible utilities. There are even special sites that allow you to quickly cut pieces of a track.

Instructions
Step 1
If you just need to cut out the desired fragment of a song without changing its parameters, then use the Internet resources. Visit the following sites: https://www.mp3cut.ru/cut_song_mp3, https://www.mobilizio.ru/cut-mp3-online/ or https://mp3cut.foxcom.su. First, click the "Download mp3" button and wait for the download of the selected file to complete.
Step 2
Now use the scroll bar to select the desired fragment. Determine the composition boundaries that you need to crop. Click the Cut and Download button. It should be canceled that this method does not imply changing the size of the track without changing its fragments.
Step 3
If you need to make detailed settings for the file, then use the Sound Forge program. Demo versions of this utility allow you to modify up to thirty files. This is enough for home use. Download and install Sound Forge software.
Step 4
Run this program. Open the File menu and click the Add button. Select the music file you want to resize. Use the render bar to remove excess parts of the track, if necessary. Open the File menu again and select Save As.
Step 5
In the window that appears, configure the parameters of the target file. First, choose its format. It is better to use mp3, because this type of files take up less space on your hard drive. Second, specify a new Bit Rate for this track. This will significantly reduce the size of the final file. Please note that a significant decrease in this indicator significantly deteriorates the playback quality. This operation is not recommended for club tracks.
Step 6
Select the folder where you want to save the resulting file. Enter its name and click the Save button. Check the size of the final file.
