Nowadays, there are many different ways to access the Internet. If everything is more or less clear with wired access, then the mobile Internet remains a very dynamically developing area. Today, in any store dealing with mobile devices, cellular communications and the Internet, you can find USB modems for access to the mobile Internet on sale.
Instructions
Step 1
First of all, you need to set up the Internet on your phone. To do this, just order the phone settings from your operator. This can be done through the website of the mobile operator or by sending an SMS to the appropriate number.
Step 2
Turn on Bluetooth on your phone. This is done differently on different phones.
Step 3
Turn on Bluetooth on your laptop. Again, if you do not know where this is done, take a look at the instructions.
Step 4
Go to your Bluetooth settings on your laptop. This is usually done using the tray icon.
Step 5
In the window that appears, click the "New Connection" button. In the window that appears, select "Express Mode". Click "Next".
Step 6
After searching for all open Bluetooth devices, a list will be displayed so that you can select the one through which you are going to connect to the Internet (i.e. mobile phone). Select the device and click "Next".
Step 7
The Bluetooth connection manager will connect to the phone. Most likely you will be asked to enter an arbitrary pin-code (first on the computer, then on the phone).
In the next window (after clicking the "next" button) a window will appear in which you can customize the name of this connection and bring the connection icon to the desktop.
Step 8
Now another icon will appear in the Bluetooth connection wizard window - the icon for connecting to the Internet via a mobile phone. To connect, just click on it or on the shortcut on the desktop (if you created it).
Step 9
And finally: do not forget that you will not get a full-fledged Internet from GPRS or EDGE - the speed is limited to 128 kilobits per second, and each megabyte is paid separately. Be careful.
