Check the phone number of the support center. Calls to it from mobile numbers of the same operator should be free. Take a mobile phone from someone you know to block the SIM card. Call the operator, explain the situation, express a desire to block your mobile phone. This whole operation shouldn't take long.
Step 3
Go to the official website of your mobile operator to block the stolen phone online. There is a special chat for customer service. Go to it. Describe your problem, tell us when the phone was lost or stolen, your name, surname and patronymic. The operator will block your mobile phone number within the shortest possible time and let you know about it.
Step 4
Go to the nearest branch of your mobile operator. Contact any of the branch employees with a request to block your mobile phone number due to loss or theft. The employee will either block your number on their own or provide an opportunity to contact the customer support center. One way or another, your mobile phone number will be blocked soon.
Step 5
You can immediately write a request to restore your SIM card, if there is such a desire. It also doesn't take long. For these purposes, take your passport with you. Please note that a new SIM card, even with the same mobile phone number, will have a different PIN code.
