With the help of a blender, you can make many tasty and healthy things: mashed potatoes, milk and refreshing cocktails, delicate minced meat for cutlets, etc. It grinds food quickly and efficiently, but then a problem arises - how to wash the bowl if the blades are attached at the bottom and food particles are clogged there. In order to clean the blender well, you need to disassemble it.

Instructions

Step 1

So, your task is to carefully disassemble the chopping mechanism at the bottom of the bowl. First of all, disconnect the device from the mains. Then remove the bowl from the stand. Be sure to shake the remaining food out of it and rinse with water so as not to stain the work surface during disassembly.

Step 2

Next, put the bowl sideways on the table and carefully unscrew the plastic bottom with the knives. Remember that standard threads are always screwed in clockwise and counterclockwise. To unscrew the bottom, grasp the bushing that connects to the drive in the stand with your hand and turn it smoothly. Be very careful with the rubber bands, do not tear or stretch them. If the rubber bands are damaged, replace them with new ones. If the bowl leaks even a little, you cannot use the blender, since the liquid will enter the motor, which is energized, and the device will burn out, and you risk getting an electrical shock.

Step 3

You can stop at the achieved result and wash the two components - the bowl and the blades, but if you need to disassemble the chopping mechanism for repair or more thorough cleaning, you can unscrew the knives from the plastic "glass". Do not try to grab the blades and twist - they are sharp, moreover, it is useless, since they rotate freely on the axis. You need to unscrew the plastic base to which the knives are attached from the "glass". To do this, insert your finger into the hole with the jagged inner edges and, pressing on the teeth, turn counterclockwise while holding the entire structure with your other hand. If you can't unscrew it with your fingers, then you can stick the handle of a knife or spoon into the hole and press them.

Step 4

When you have done all that is needed, all you have to do is collect the bowl. Follow all the steps in reverse order, tightening all the parts tightly, and watch the rubber bands so that they lie flat and perform their function. It is best to first screw on the part, then inspect from all sides and align the elastic, and only then tighten tightly.
