- battery capacity (and here it is unambiguous - the more, the better);
- communications (Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, 3G and 4G, GPS-module).

1. A lot of banal calls and send SMS, in this case it is not worth buying an expensive smartphone, it is enough to spend around 1000 rubles on a cheap phone with a black and white screen.
2. Those who use only OS capabilities (read books, listen to music, play games installed on the device) should not buy phones that have high-resolution cameras, as well as a GPS module, etc. For such users, almost any entry-level smartphones are perfect for a price from 2,000 to 6,000 rubles.
Well, in any case, you should not overpay for the brand of a mobile smartphone if there is a cheaper analogue with the same parameters.
