Step 1
Customize your joystick buttons in the phone control panel. First, see if there are special icons on his keyboard that depict functions triggered by pressing the joystick. You can also change the assignment of the menu buttons for some models, the functions of which are not reflected in the pictograms drawn on the keys.

Go to the menu of your phone, which is responsible for the management functions, and go to the quick access settings. Here you can select a menu item that will be displayed by pressing the joystick button in a certain direction. These can be SMS messages, a music player, an Internet browser, an alarm clock, a calculator, a stopwatch, a file browser, an installed application, a library, a choice of built-in games, and so on, depending on the phone model and its type. Launching third-party installed elements by pressing the joystick is available mainly only for smartphones.

Make the setting for each press of the joystick button and save the changes. Check if each button is set correctly.

Please note that when restoring your mobile device, all settings will return to their usual places, and pressing the joystick button or other keys you changed the assignment of which you have changed will also have to be configured again in the same way. This sequence is typical not only for models of phones with joysticks, but also for those mobile devices in which the joystick functions are performed by ordinary buttons with arrows "left", "down", "right" and "up".
