The mobile operator Megafon makes customers happy with new tariff plans quite often. You can find out the parameters of the latest tariffs on the company's website. To change the tariff plan, it is enough to come to the Megafon office, send a USSD request or use the Service-Guide services.

Instructions
Step 1
To change your tariff plan, you can contact the nearest customer service office of the Megafon network. Ask the operator to tell you about the new tariffs and choose one of them. Or suggest your chosen tariff plan. An employee of the hall will change your tariff to a new one, and after 00:00 Moscow time it will take effect. For changing the tariff plan in the office, a fee of 40 rubles is charged from the phone balance.
Step 2
You can change the tariff plan yourself using the USSD command. Dial USSD-request * 105 * 20 # on your phone and press the call button. In response, you will receive a message with the name of your current tariff and you will be offered to change it. If you answer "2", the service will end. If you send back the numbers 1, you will be shown all the tariffs available for change. Choose the plan you like and send a message with its number. If you have enough funds on your balance and it is possible to change the tariff, the operation will be confirmed for you. After 12:00 am, the changes will take effect. You can make no more than 10 USSD requests per month. The cost of changing the tariff plan yourself is 30 rubles.
Step 3
To use the “Service-Guide” self-service system, go to the system's website. Enter your phone number and password. If you do not remember or do not know the password for accessing your personal account, make a USSD request * 105 * 00 #. You will be sent a new code. Enter the "Service Guide", select the menu item "Services and tariff", then "Change the tariff plan". Indicate the desired tariff plan and the date of transition to it, click the "Order" button. Your tariff will change on the specified day.
Step 4
You can also send an SMS message with the code of the desired tariff plan to the number 000500, fill out an application on the Megafon website, send an email to the email address available in your region, or contact the 0500 call center. The tariff plan will change after consideration of the application or at 12 o'clock in the morning in Moscow.
