Step 1
To deactivate one or another service in the "Megafon-" network, use the self-service system. To do this, go to the Internet and type in the address bar www.megafon.ru.

Once on the main page of the official website "Megafon", find the tab "Service Guide", which is depicted as a clockwork.

A page will open in front of you where you will need to enter your ten-digit number of your cell phone, a password to access the self-service zone (as a rule, it consists of 4-7 digits). You will also need to enter the security code, which is shown in the box just above. Then click "Login".
Step 4
You will see a page containing your personal data. Pay attention to the menu, which is located to your left. Click on the Services and Tariffs tab. Select "Change set of services".
Step 5
First, go through the list of Basic services. If you want to disable any service, uncheck the box in front of the option name. Next, open the list of additional services, do the same as with the main ones. After these operations, click "Make changes". The system will automatically ask you to confirm these operations.
Step 6
You can also deactivate services by calling the subscriber service line. To do this, dial the short number 0500 from your phone. If you do not have a phone at hand, call from a landline by dialing 8 (800) 333-05-00. Tell the operator your passport data or the code word that you registered when buying a SIM card. Then explain which services you want to disable.
