1) Connect GPRS (just call 0022 or 0880)
2) Go to Internet settings, Click "Edit"
3) And go through the list:

Data channel: Packet data (GPRS)
Access point name: internet.mts.ru
Username: mts
Password prompt: no
Password: mts

For Megafon subscribers:
1) Connect GPRS (go to SIM-Menu, Services, Subscription, GPRS, Service activation)
2) Go to the Internet settings, Click "Edit"

Access Point Name: internet
Username: gdata
