An audio recording of a piece of music, which includes full orchestration, arrangement and vocals, is called a phonogram (plus phonogram). Such recordings are made from minus phonograms and voice recordings. There are several ways to add a voice or record a vocal line on the backing track. Professionals use this technology.
Instructions
Step 1
Install any sound editing software on your computer: “Sound forge”, “Audacity”, “Audition”, “Acid”, etc. Run it, connect a microphone to your computer.
Step 2
Open the minus one in the program. On the track adjacent to the minus, activate the recording function and move the cursor a little earlier than the place where the vocals should begin. Click the "Record" button.
Step 3
Wait for the voice to enter and sing the part. Stop recording. Listen to it, re-sing it if there are any defects (falsity, noises, rhythmic inaccuracy, fuzzy diction, and the like).
Step 4
Sing over the sections for the rest of the song. Import the audio recording into a separate.waw,.mp3,.cda or other file of your choice.
Step 5
In some cases, the voice is recorded "in one go", without stopping between solos, bridges and choruses. The technique is similar.
