The "You've been called" service from the MTS mobile operator allows you to find out which subscriber tried to call you at a time when your phone was disconnected or you were outside the network. However, this service is paid and is not required by everyone, so you need to know how to disable it.
Instructions
Step 1
To deactivate the service "You were called" from MTS, you need to dial the USSD request * 111 * 38 # and press the call key. After the request has been processed, you will receive a notification.
Step 2
Sometimes, during the execution of the previous point, an error occurs, so you need to know other ways how to disable the service "You were called" on MTS. For example, you can send a text message with the numbers "21140" to the short number 111. In response to your phone, you should receive an SMS stating that the service has been terminated.
Step 3
You can also disable this option using the MTS Internet portal. Go to the site and enter your ID and password. After that, find an item in the menu called "service management". Find the option "They called you" and click on the active key "disable". The same can be done with other services.
Step 4
If you have a smartphone, then you can download a mobile application called "MTS Service". It can also be used to disable this service. The principle of operation resembles the third step, except that all actions are carried out not on the site, but in the program.
