Step 1
To set up your mobile phone to receive and send MMS messages, first make sure your phone model supports this feature. To do this, you need to study the instructions of your mobile phone. Almost all modern mobile phone models support this function.
Then you can proceed to the next step - phone setup. First, you need to subscribe to a package of three services: MMS, GPRS and Internet. In order to connect GPRS, it is enough to contact your network operator and inform about your desire. After that, you will receive a message on your phone that the service has been activated.
Step 2
Next, you need to configure the phone itself to receive and send MMS messages. In general, no matter what mobile operator you have, to set up MMS it is enough to specify the following data in the phone settings (for BeeLine and MTS mobile operators): go to the Phone menu item, then Services - Profiles - GPRS. Create a new profile, name it Beeline ММS, or MTS ММS, or something else. We indicate the access point name (APN): mms.beeline.ru or mms.mts.ru, username: beeline, mts and password beeline, mts, respectively. The next step is to go to the MMS settings and select the profile that we have just created there: Beeline ММS, or MTS ММS.
