If there is no sound at all and there is no information about whether it was originally, use another sound playback device. Just plug in other headphones and try turning it on again - if there is still no sound, then the problem is inside the device itself. In the case of a laptop, this means the need to install drivers, and in the case of a player, a new firmware.
Step 2
If the sound suddenly began to be interrupted for unknown reasons and then completely disappeared, then this is a technical problem. If such a problem occurs on the player, then the matter is either in the headphone jack or in the headphones themselves. If replacing the earbuds does not help, then you will have to take the player in for repair. In the case of a laptop, this means a speaker problem. And if connecting the headphones gives a normal sound, then you should also send the laptop for repair in the same way.
Step 3
If the music is not loud enough, try increasing the equalizer to the maximum on all settings. If this does not help, try increasing the sound of the required audio track in a special editor for audio files.
