Java applications installed on the phone significantly expand its functionality. Java applications can be games, browsers, calculators, media players, weather aggregators, and more. Installing java applications on a phone, as a rule, will not be difficult for anyone.
Necessary
mobile phone, computer cord
Instructions
Step 1
Find the java applications you plan to install and save them on your computer. Java applications can be found on the Internet, purchased on media, or dropped onto a USB flash drive from a friend. Please note that java applications consist of two files with the extensions.jar and.jad. Depending on your phone model, you will need either both of these files (as a rule, they are located in the same folder), or just a.jar file.
Step 2
Connect your phone to your computer. Most modern phones support connection to a personal computer. The phone connected to the computer should be defined as a removable disk with its own file system and folder hierarchy. As a rule, the phone should have folders for music, photos, videos, themes, as well as a folder for downloading other files. It is in this folder that you need to "drop" the java-application files.
Instead of connecting your entire phone to your computer, you can remove the USB flash drive from your phone and connect it to your PC using a card reader.
Step 3
Turn on the phone, find the folder where the.jar (or.jad and.jar) java application files were written. Select the required application and press one of the function keys of the phone, which will be located under the "Install" caption. Installing a java application usually takes less than a minute. After installation, the application can be launched immediately.
