To get access to the Internet, Megafon subscribers must order special GPRS settings. To get them, you will need to use one of the numbers provided by the operator. By the way, similar numbers are also provided by other companies: Beeline and MTS.
Instructions
Step 1
Any user of the Megafon network to order automatic settings for the Internet connection must call the subscriber service number 0500. Please note that it is precisely to call, not send an SMS message (it is not intended for them). In the event that you want to order GPRS settings by a landline phone, use the number 5025500. As soon as the operator answers you, give him the required data. This can be, for example, information about your phone model. After collecting information, a message with automatic settings will be sent to your phone. Do not forget that you can visit the office of the company or the Megafon communication salon at any time. When applying, you must have your passport with you.
Step 2
But these are not all the ways by which the subscriber can get the necessary GPRS settings. The operator also provides a short number 5049, to which you need to send an SMS message with the number 1. By the way, thanks to the same number, you can get both MMS and WAP settings. Then, instead of the number 1, specify 2 or 3. There are two more service numbers that allow you to set up the Internet on your mobile phone: 05190, 05049.
Step 3
If the user finds himself in the MTS network, then to order the settings he will have to call the short number 0876. The call will not be charged, since the number is completely free. If possible, to obtain an Internet profile, refer to the official website of the company. There you will find a request form to fill out and send to your service provider. This connection method is also free.
Step 4
In "Beeline" subscribers can use USSD-request * 110 * 181 #. It also allows you to order settings based on a GPRS connection. Another number with which you can configure the Internet is the command number * 110 * 111 #. Remember to restart your mobile device after submitting your request.
