The so-called "Package of three services", consisting of GPRS-Internet, WAP and MMS, the Beeline company connects its subscribers to all tariffs by default. But if you accidentally or intentionally disconnected this service, you can reconnect it in any way most convenient for you from the ones below.
Instructions
Step 1
Make sure that the "Package of three services" on your number is really disabled. To do this, send the USSD command * 110 * 09 # from your phone. In response, you will receive an SMS message with a list of all connected services at the time of the request. If the "Package of three services" is already connected, it will be indicated in this list. If it is not in the resulting list, select the connection method.
Step 2
Activate the "Package of three services" by sending the USSD-command * 110 * 181 # from your phone. Wait for an SMS message that the service has been activated.
Step 3
Call 0611. If necessary, activate the onscreen keyboard to be able to navigate the menus. Go to the alphabetical list of Beeline services. Select the "Package of three services" and activate it by pressing the corresponding button. Or wait for the connection with the operator of the service center. When talking with the operator, be prepared to name the passport data specified in the contract.
Step 4
Call 0674. If required, activate the onscreen keyboard. Activate the "Package of three services" in the appropriate section of the menu. To navigate through the sections, use the hints of the autoinformer. Wait for an SMS message that the service has been activated.
Step 5
Use the Internet service management center "My Beeline" https://uslugi.beeline.ru/. Request a password to enter the system using the USSD command * 110 * 9 #. You can also request a web password through the * 111 # service and in the SIM menu. You will receive your password and login in a reply SMS.
Step 6
Enter the received password in the provided field on the login page. Be careful when entering your password. If you make a mistake 10 times in a row, the entrance to your personal account will be blocked for a day. You can restore access earlier only through the operator of the Customer Service Center by phone 0611.
Step 7
Set a permanent password to enter the system and go to the "Service Management" section. Expand the list of services available for connection and put a marker in the line "Three services package". Click on the "Connect" button. On the page that opens, confirm the connection by clicking on the corresponding button.
Step 8
Visit the Beeline subscriber service office in person. Take your passport with you. Ask the office staff to connect you with the "Package of three services".
