The Android operating system is actively used on smartphones, communicators and tablet computers. It is developed based on OS Linux. Today, a huge number of different versions of this system are known. In the Android environment, you can create various Java applications and games using libraries specially developed for this by Google.
Instructions
Step 1
Before flashing the Android OS, make a backup copy of all personal data and contacts, the loss of which can greatly upset you. Use the androidinstall.tar file for firmware.
Step 2
Connect the SD card to your computer and make sure it is FAT32 formatted. In the root directory of your device's hard drive, create a folder named andboot. Download the latest firmware from the official website. Find the androidinstall.tar file in the downloaded archive and copy it to the andboot folder.
Step 3
Remove the SD card from the computer and insert it into the device. Enable it and download the latest NHB file and ROM Update Utility. Then hold down the camera power button and the Reset button at the same time until a blue screen appears with the inscription Serial at the bottom. Then reconnect the device to your computer and the word serial will change to Usb.
Step 4
To start the flashing process, run the ROM Update Utility. After the completion of the firmware, the smartphone should automatically reboot, then disconnect it from the computer.
Step 5
The firmware process may differ slightly from the above sequence, depending on the version of the operating system and the model of the gadget. In any case, the principle will remain the same. If you yourself could not flash Android 2.1 to 2.2, then ask for help from people who are well versed in this area. After carrying out the firmware, your device will not only work much faster, but will also support even more different mobile applications and games.
