Step 1
If you are a client of the Beeline cellular network, then in order to call an ambulance, dial 003 and press the call key.

If you use the services of such providers as Megafon, MTS, Utel, TELE2, dial 030.

Please note that regional network operators sometimes set their own special numbers for calling emergency services. So, for example, the Motiv provider (Yekaterinburg) offers to call the ambulance number 903. Although often the numbers of regional cellular companies do not differ from the all-Russian ones: for example, Tatinkom (Kazan) uses 030, like most operators.
Step 4
If you have problems dialing any of the above numbers, use the number 112. This is a single dispatch center for contacting citizens who are in any critical situation that threatens life and health. The dispatcher on duty will listen to you and contact the required service. You can call 112 absolutely free of charge, even if you have no money in your account or your SIM card is blocked (or it is not available at all).
Step 5
Alternatively, you can call 911 and tell the operator what your problem is. An ambulance will be sent to you immediately.
Step 6
Take into account the fact that an ambulance must necessarily leave for any call requiring urgent medical attention within 15-30 minutes (depending on the distance of the station from your location). If the dispatcher of the brigade "03" refuses to help you, you have every right to call the local police department and demand to understand the situation. In addition, it will not be superfluous to remind the emergency operator of the existing criminal liability for failure to provide assistance to a person in need of it.
