Step 1
In order to find out the region of registration of a subscriber of a cellular network of any operator, use special online services, for example, https://www.numberingplans.com/. In the left menu of the main page of the site, go to the Number Analysis Tool section, after which you will see a new menu section, in which you need to click on the first link from the top - Number analysis.
Step 2
Enter the phone number of the subscriber whose registration region you want to know. Pay attention to the order of entering the numbers - first, the country code is written, then the three-digit operator code is written through a hyphen, and then the subscriber's phone number follows. This sequence must be followed without fail, otherwise the system will not be able to recognize the phone number and you will not achieve the desired result.
Step 3
If you need to find out the cellular operator of a particular subscriber, use the same sequence. The information is written in the same order for home telephones as well. Please note that here, instead of the operator's code of the cellular network, you will need to enter the data of the telephone area code, that is, the number must be known in the international format.
Step 4
Since the system only recognizes a three-digit code, and some cities often have more digits, enter the first three digits of the number identifier after the country code, separated by a hyphen, and then enter the rest of the first two digits from the main phone number.
Step 5
In all other cases, use a search query using the operator or city code as part of the keywords, then find the table of identifiers belonging to mobile operators or regions of a certain country.
