Step 1
If you are registered in an Internet payment system, top up your phone balance using electronic money. Log in to the selected payment service. From the available options on the page, select "Pay" - "Mobile communications". Enter your phone number in ten-digit format and the amount you would like to transfer to your mobile account. Enter your billing password and click "Pay".
Step 2
If you have a bank card, top up your Megafon account using the Universal Financial System. Register on the system website by clicking on the "Registration" link in the upper right corner. Enter your details. Click the "Register" button. A letter with an activation link should come to your email inbox - follow it.
Step 3
Go to your account, click on the "Payment" item, then on the "Mobile communications" section. Select the operator icon. In the form, enter the number without the digit 8, the amount you want to transfer to the account, and the bank card number (your card details are not saved in the system). Check the correctness of the entered data and click "Pay". The amount will be credited to your account within ten minutes.

Use the service of the operator "Megafon" on the official website - "Replenishment of the account with a bank card". Select your region. Get a password if you are not yet registered in the “Service Guide” self-service system. Having entered your personal account, open in turn the sections "Additional services" → "Replenishment of the account with a bank card" → "Registration of a bank card".
Step 5
Register your bank card and enter its details (PAN, CVV (CVC2), expiry). Wait for the system to reserve an amount not exceeding 10 rubles on your card. After that, you will receive a PAY-PIN in a text message for making transactions with your bank account. Follow the prompts from the system.
Step 6
Top up your balance from the official Megafon website. Select the item in the menu "How to pay" and your region. If top-up services are available for your region directly from the site, follow the system prompts. Check the correctness of filling in the fields and top up your account.
