It is not always possible to answer an incoming call immediately. To keep abreast of who called you, you can use the Voice Mail service offered by the mobile operator MTS. But when it becomes irrelevant, the question arises about how to disable it.
Instructions
Step 1
To disable the Voice Mail service, contact the nearest MTS office or the dealers of MTS OJSC, that is, those small firms cooperating with this cellular operator. You can find their addresses and phone numbers on the official MTS website or in advertising brochures that are often issued when purchasing a SIM card.
Step 2
You can deactivate the Voice Mail service by calling the free service number 0890. This operation will be performed on condition that you provide the consultant with the necessary data: full name, passport data, code word, and so on.
Step 3
You can also deactivate the “Voice Mail” service yourself. To do this, on the keyboard of your mobile phone, dial the combination: * 111 * 90 # and the call button. In a few minutes you will receive an SMS containing information on the results of the operation performed.
Step 4
To deactivate the “Voice Mail” service through an Internet assistant, go to the official website of the mobile operator MTS and register. To do this, as a login, enter your phone number in ten-digit format, then specify the security code and click on the "Get password" button, then wait for the message, which will indicate your password to enter the system. Enter it to enter your "Personal Account". In the page that opens, find and click on the "Services and rates" tab. In the same place, find the "Voice Mail" service and click on the "Disable" item. At the end, save all the above steps.
Step 5
