If your mobile phone is equipped with a video camera with a resolution of more than 0.3 megapixels, then such a camera can be used to create video conferences on the Internet. When the phone is fully equipped, including a USB cable, it is possible to connect the phone to a computer in order to use it as a webcam. And if you have a Bluetooth adapter, this is even easier.

Instructions
Step 1
Decide on the type of connection of your phone to a personal one: connection via a USB cable or a Bluetooth adapter. Transferring any data using a USB cable is considered the most reliable method. Unlike a Bluetooth connection, the USB cable has a high transfer speed. But the phone can be anywhere, when connected via a Bluetooth adapter.
Step 2
In order for the phone camera to start working as a webcam, you need to connect it correctly. When connecting your phone via a USB cable, you need to install the drivers that are required for your phone's modem. After installing them, the phone will be fully synchronized with the computer. When inserting the driver disc, select "Automatic installation". This will allow you to install additional programs to work with your phone.
Step 3
After installing the drivers, a notification about the discovery of a new device should appear in the tray. After a while, your phone will be ready for use.
Step 4
To connect your phone to a computer via a Bluetooth connection, you need to activate the Bluetooth function on both devices. After that go to "Control Panel" (menu "Start" - "Control Panel"), double-click the "Bluetooth Devices" icon.
Step 5
In the appeared window for configuring the parameters of the Bluetooth adapter, click the "Add" button, the search for Bluetooth devices will start. After selecting your Bluetooth adapter from the list provided, select your phone by double clicking on it. Select "Do not use passkey".
Step 6
Click "Next". The installation wizard is now complete. After completing these steps, check the phone camera in any application (Skype, Mail agent, etc.)
