The owners of MTS "Klassny" and "Mayak" tariff plans do not need to connect to the service in order to find out the balance of another subscriber, since it is connected to these tariffs by default.
How to find out the balance from another MTS subscriber
After activating the “Balance of another subscriber” service, it will not be difficult to find out someone else's balance. You just need to dial the combination * 140 * XXX XXX XXXX # (where X are the digits of the phone number, the balance of which you want to know, the first digit of the number (+7 or 8) is not dialed). In the reply message you will receive information about the balance of the requested MTS subscriber.
If you have “favorite numbers” connected, then in your personal account on the official MTS website you can change the settings and open information about your balance to them. These subscribers, using the “Balance of another subscriber” service, will be able to check the status of your account at any time and, if required, replenish it.
