Step 1
Take advantage of a special service. For all subscribers of the Utel network, a single reference service has been created: 8-800-300-1800 (11800), where in an automated mode you can find out not only the parameters of the connected tariff plan, but also clarify many details of the service. The information, however, is available only for owners of SIM cards of the Chelyabinsk region.
Step 2
If it is inconvenient for you to work in an automated system, then by calling the same number, just wait for the operator to answer. However, the specialist will ask you to give the full details of the person to whom the number is registered, and in some cases, his passport data.
Step 3
Go to the site. In the user's "Personal Account" (UCabinet), you can find out both the tariff plan (compare it with others), and the balance, and connect to the most convenient tariff.
Step 4
Please note that the program of transition to uniform tariffs and the consolidation of regional brands, including Utel (trademark of OJSC Uralsvyazinform), has begun. Time dictates the need to create a recognizable brand, and from mid-2012 it will be Rostelecom. In the meantime, Utel, Nizhegorodskaya Sotovaya Svyaz (NSS), Yeniseitelecom (ETK) and others will be used simultaneously with the new brand.
Step 5
Some of the tariff plans have already changed their names. “Connect plus” is now “Buttons point ru”, and “Connect + USB-modem” is “Buttons point ru + USB-modem”. The tariffs are still the same: 5 kopecks - from the second minute of the call, the first minute of connection - 0.55 rubles; the second and each next minute - 00, 5 rubles. Calls to all mobile and landline phones "Let the talk" cost the same. There is no subscription fee.
