Wait a while until the voice greeting from the answering machine starts with further recommendations.
Step 2
Listen to the voice menu to select the section of the help service you want. To navigate the menu, activate the tone mode by pressing the "star" on the keyboard. If you have not found a section suitable for you or do not want to wait, you can immediately call the MTS operator by pressing the "0" button. A technical support employee will answer after a while, depending on the line load.

To call MTS in national roaming from both a mobile and a landline phone, dial 8 800 250 0890. In international roaming, call + 7 495 766 0166.
