"Radar" service from Megafon
This option from the largest mobile operator will allow you to determine the exact location of your relatives and friends. Of course, you first need to obtain the consent of the subscriber for whom the search is being carried out. You can activate the Radar service on the official website of the cellular company or using the ussd request * 566 #.
Locator service from MTS
In order to use the Locator service, you need to send an SMS message to 6677 with a text containing the name of the person you are looking for and his phone number (for example, Andrey 89160000000). If the subscriber gives his consent to determine his location, then you will receive a reply SMS with his coordinates on your phone and the service will be connected automatically. To deactivate the geolocation service, you must send an SMS to the same number with the text "OFF".
