To return a low-quality Chinese phone to the seller, refer to the law of the Russian Federation of 1992-07-02 "On Protection of Consumer Rights." Step 3

Make a written claim for the return of the goods, its form can be downloaded on the Internet. Indicate in it the address and name of the store where the purchase of the Chinese phone was made, the date and time of the transaction, and your personal data. State the essence of the claim and formulate your clear requirement (for example, a refund for a product of inadequate quality). Add a number and signature. You can give this document to the seller personally in the hands, or send it by mail with a notification.

If the store did not respond to your requirements, complain to higher authorities, such as Rospotrebnadzor or the Society for the Protection of Consumer Rights. For more information on the information required to file a complaint about a product of inadequate quality, you can find it on the official websites of these organizations. When filing a claim, lawsuit or any other documents, before sending them by email, print a copy for yourself, sign it, and then scan the document again for sending. Documents without a personal signature will have no legal effect.
