Modern phones have functionality that allows you not only to make calls and send SMS, but also listen to music, watch movies and even read books. To read books on your phone, use one of the easy ways below.
Instructions
Step 1
First of all, study the document formats that your phone can open. In most cases, smartphones and communicators can open pdf files, as well as view and edit files with the.txt and.doc extensions. If your phone is one of them, then all that is required of you is to copy the document to the phone memory. You can do this in any of the ways outlined in step # 3.
Step 2
In case your phone cannot open, view and edit documents, pay attention to such a program as BookReader. With its help, you can easily convert any document in the.doc or.txt format into a java file that will be installed as an application. Using the BookReader program, you can not only convert a document, but also select parameters such as font size and color, as well as background color. Keep in mind that the most comfortable combination for the eyes is black on a light gray background. In this case, the contrast between the font and the background will be the most gentle and suitable for reading. Choose a font size that does not strain your eyes, as long-term reading from a mobile phone screen can impair vision.
Step 3
Depending on the model of your cell phone, you can use one of several methods to copy documents to the phone memory. If your phone supports memory cards, then all you need to do is remove the memory card from your phone and insert it into a card reader connected to your computer. A new removable disk will appear in the "My Computer" menu, to which you need to copy the document. If your phone has such interfaces as IrDA or bluetooth, you can use them to transfer a file. Otherwise, you will need a data cable, as well as drivers and software to synchronize your phone with your computer. Install drivers and software, connect the phone to the computer and copy the file to the phone memory.
