"Black List" is a service of the telecom operator "MegaFon", which allows you to block calls from unwanted numbers. By the way, by connecting it, you can also avoid not only incoming calls, but also SMS messages from certain numbers.

However, you will not be able to block numbers right away. First, you need to activate the "Black List" service. And only after this procedure you will be able to enter subscriber numbers (that is, block them) in the list itself. The connection itself does not take much time: you only need to dial the USSD request mobile number * 130 # on the keyboard and press the call button. To activate the Black List, the MegaFon operator also provides the call center number 0500. While on a call in the home network, the conversation will be free for the user, but if the call is made in roaming, the amount will be debited from the client's personal account corresponding to the rates of the tariff plan used.
Step 2
Another way that allows the company's subscribers to activate the service is the short number 5130. In order to activate the "Black List" through it, you will need to send an SMS message to the number without any text. In response to your request, the operator will send two notifications one after the other to your mobile phone. From the first, you will learn that you ordered the service, and from the second, whether it was connected. Please note that only after receiving a message about the successful activation of the service, you can start adding numbers to the list.

To edit the blacklist, you need to use a special USSD request * 130 * + 79XXXXXXXXX #. However, this method is not the only one that allows you to block unwanted numbers. You can also send SMS messages, in the text of which it is required to indicate the subscriber's number, and in front of it - the "+" sign. Pay attention to the necessary spelling of the blocked numbers: they should only be in ten-digit format and start with a seven, for example, 79xxxxxxxx.
