The main disadvantage of many laptops is the relatively small screen size. Fortunately, this is easily compensated for by connecting your mobile computer to an LCD or plasma TV.

HDMI to HDMI cable
Instructions
Step 1
Most modern mobile computers are equipped with a digital video output. Usually it is presented in the form of an HDMI port, but sometimes you can find a DVI channel as well. Purchase a cable with suitable ports.
Step 2
Turn on the mobile computer and open the BIOS menu. Make sure the auxiliary video outputs are not disabled. Boot the Windows system. Turn on your TV.
Step 3
Connect the laptop to the TV. Wait for the definition of new hardware. Go to the TV settings menu. Usually you need to use the remote control for this.
Step 4
Select the HDMI port connected to the laptop as the main source. Go to your mobile computer settings. Right click on the desktop.
Step 5
In the menu that opens, select the "Screen Resolution" item. Click the Find button and wait while a new display is defined. Set the parameters for synchronous image transmission to the laptop screen and TV.
Step 6
If you prefer to use the duplicate image function, select the appropriate option. In this case, it is recommended to change the screen resolution of the mobile computer so that it matches the resolution of the TV display.
Step 7
Some users prefer to use their laptop screen and TV separately. This method allows you to launch the video player on the TV display without occupying the working area of the mobile computer screen. Activate the function "Extend to this screen" by first selecting the main display.
Step 8
Please note that using this technology increases the load on the video adapter. If your laptop has an integrated video chip, make sure that its temperature does not exceed the recommended values.
