Make a photocopy of your passport, including the registration page. If you are not registered in this apartment, please copy the title deed. The Moscow Radio Broadcasting Network needs these documents, but the branches of Rostelecom may not require them.

Pay all radio debts. Do not expect that you can turn off the radio for non-payment. Of course, you can go to the conflict, carefully deleting this line from the receipts. But for an unofficial refusal, the supplier, for example, the management company, will have to pay. In the end he will have to sue her. When accepting the application, you must be assigned the date and time of the arrival of the master. He will perform the necessary work and give you the appropriate document about the absence of a radio point. If you paid through the radio broadcasting network or a Rostelecom branch, then you do not need to take any more action. In the event that receipts came from the management company or other utility service, it is necessary to notify it.
