Instructions
Step 1
Enter your phone number and confirm that you are not a robot on the official MTS portal (section "Individual clients" - "Help and service" - "Settings"). The data will be delivered and saved automatically.
Step 2
If the settings fail, ensure yourself access to the worldwide network and the ability to send and receive messages thanks to the "Access without settings" service. It connects automatically and works free of charge for clients of any tariff plans (except for the "Classny" tariff and the corporate "Nika" tariff) with a valid GPRS service. The service "Access without settings" can be independently connected and disconnected via the mobile portal by dialing * 111 * 2156 #, using the Internet assistant on the MTS portal or using an SMS assistant by sending a message to 111 (with the text "2156" for connection or with the text "21560" to disconnect). However, if GPRS is deactivated, the "Access without settings" service will cease to operate.
Step 3
Connect unlimited Internet options "Bit" or "Superbit" with unlimited speed through browsers "Opera Mini" or "Opera Mobile". To connect and save the settings, dial * 252 # or * 111 * 628 # on your mobile phone, respectively.
Step 4
To set up a computer or laptop to access the Internet via a mobile phone, use a special cable, infrared port or Bluetooth connection and set up the computer (laptop) and phone in accordance with the operating system of your computer. Specify the GPRS profile, access point (APN) - internet.mts.ru, primary DNS - 000.000.000.000, secondary DNS - 000.000.000.000, username - mts, password - mts. If an MTS-Internet profile is already installed on your phone, you just need to find it in the menu and activate it.
