Step 1

Start TVC after restarting your computer. Wait for the main application menu to open. Click the New Task button. Select the Import File field from the drop-down menu.

Now highlight the file name in the main application menu. Click the Settings button and select the Resize field. Set the video resolution that the display of the mobile device supports. This will reduce the load on the phone during playback.
