Nokia N73 is a popular Symbian smartphone. In addition to its standard functions, the phone can also act as a webcam, thanks to the built-in digital lens. You can connect your phone to a computer using either USB or Bluetooth, while the webcam functionality is provided by the Mobiola Web Camera application.

Instructions
Step 1
Download the Mobiola Web Camera application for smartphone (.sis) and for computer (.exe), and install according to the instructions of the installers.
Step 2
Open the program on your phone and select the "Functions" menu using the left soft-key.
Step 3
Select "Settings". Adjust the quality of the video signal, its saturation, contrast, compression level.
Step 4
Run the application on your computer. Click on the "Connect" button in the running program on the smartphone, after selecting the appropriate type of connection (USB or Bluetooth). You will see the streaming video.
Step 5
An image from the smartphone camera lens will appear in the application on the computer, and the Mobiola Web Camera icon on the Windows panel will turn green.
Step 6
The computer also adjusts the image quality using the same settings. In the "Settings" tab, you can select the "Run on startup" option so that the application starts with Windows. If there is no image, then try to select a different port in the same “Settings” item. The camera is set up.
Step 7
Run the program you need to make video calls. In Skype, it will be enough to make the appropriate settings. To do this, go to the "Settings" - "Video Settings" menu. In the field "Select a webcam", using the drop-down list, select "Mobiola Video Source".
Step 8
There is no alternative to Mobiola Web Camera for Nokia N73. The program gives a clear picture, you just need to conveniently position the device and make the necessary settings. The application also allows you to rotate the picture 180 degrees, which makes it more convenient to use your phone as a webcam. It is also possible to broadcast from the front camera.
