Step 1
The most powerful and worst noise generator is the electric gas stove lighter. The spark discharge that it creates covers a wide range of frequencies. Reception at long and medium wavelengths becomes almost impossible. Among other things, this device also creates the strongest interference on power circuits. This is its disadvantage, since you can prevent all neighbors from watching TV or listening to the radio. But late at night, when everyone except the restless neighbor is already asleep, you can use this device as well.
Step 2
You can make a portable jammer in the same way. You can also use a gas lighter for it, but with a piezoelectric element. True, you will have to press its button all the time while you jam the transmission. To improve its performance, equip the device with a small antenna. As an antenna, you can use a small piece of a lead, which must be soldered or screwed to one of the electrodes located next to the piezoelectric element.
Step 3
You can also use a stun gun to create interference, if you have one. It itself is very powerful interference. But they, as in the first two cases, are not directed. True, the stun gun does not do any harm to power grids.

You can assemble a device that is a professional jammer. Solder it according to the diagram below. If you take an AC source, the noise will be stronger.
