Go to the menu of payment for goods and services on the official MTS website and select the purchase of services or pay online using the funds on your account balance. Use the withdrawal of funds through the bank. To get started, register in the Qiwi payment system, and then top up the balance using an MTS SIM card. Please note that this is done only through the bank with which the company is currently cooperating. Please note that this option is only valid if you present your passport confirming your identity as the formally registered owner of the phone number. If the SIM card is not issued to you, the presence of the person to whom the number was registered is required.
