Currently, a car can be protected from burglary in a variety of ways: locking doors or controls, sound alarms, and so on. If you have certain technical knowledge and an unnecessary mobile phone, you can independently design an alarm that will send you a call in the event of a break-in.
Necessary
- - mobile phone with a SIM card;
- - assembly wires;
- - contact buttons.
Instructions
Step 1
Take an unnecessary, but working mobile phone. If you don't have one, you can buy any cheap model. It is enough for the device to skillfully call a certain number and have a car charger. Buy a SIM for him. It is very convenient if there is a function of free conversation with one or several numbers. This will save you on calls. Write down your phone number in the phone book and set it to speed dial on any key, remembering its number. Check that the call is in progress when you clamp it.
Step 2
Disassemble the phone that will be used for alarm. Peel off the contact film from the board and solder two wires to the contacts of the corresponding button, on which the call to your phone number is saved. It is necessary to be very careful not to damage the device board with the soldering iron. Unplug your speaker and vibrator as you don't need them.
Step 3
Put the phone back together. Choose a place where you will place it. It is desirable that it be inside the cabin, otherwise the burglar will be able to turn off your alarm before breaking into the door.
Step 4
Install the contact button on the door or trunk so that it is wrung out when opened. You can, if you wish, install several buttons, which are connected in parallel using wires.
Step 5
Connect the wire from the telephone to the wires of the contact button. Then connect the car charger to your mobile phone to keep the device running smoothly. Install an outdoor antenna to improve signal quality.
Step 6
Check if the alarm is working. To do this, open the car door. After that, the button is released and the contact is closed. As a result, the phone calls your number. At the same time, save it under the name "Car theft".
