The overwhelming success of the Apple iPhone 6 haunts many. Every third person dreams of becoming the owner of a popular smartphone, but not everyone has the necessary financial resources. To make the dream of most people come true, the Chinese company ZTE in January 2015 released the Chinese analog of the 6 iPhone - ZTE Blade S6.
A small excursion into history
ZTE was formed in 1985 and slowly took a leading position as a manufacturer of telecommunications equipment and mobile phones. In 2010, the company ranked fourth in the world among suppliers of mobile products, and a year later moved up to second place.
For some time, the company produced products with an integrated GLONASS navigation system, but since March 2012, deliveries have been suspended.
Analog iPhone 6 at an affordable price
ZTE Blade S6, with the exception of the logo, almost completely repeats the design of the iPhone 6, but the internal characteristics are somewhat different. Powered by an 8-core Snapdragon 615 processor (1.7 GHz), the smartphone supports the MiFavor 3.0 operating system on top of the Android 5.0 Lollipop system. Overall, the software is two steps lower than the iOS 8 firmware found in the iPhone 6.
The thickness of the smartphone is 7, 7 mm. The weight is quite light - 134 g. The material is plastic (unlike aluminum in the iPhone 6), which causes some inconvenience: the phone gets very hot when charging. The battery with a capacity of 2400 mAh can withstand up to 2 days of continuous use, provided that you do not access the Internet.
The screen size is 5.5 inches, the image quality is 720x1280 pixels, the color density is 294. The feeling of Full HD technology is created, however, the image transmission technology in a smartphone is simpler - Incell, but this does not prevent the eyes from enjoying.
The presence of 2 cameras: main and front, with a capacity of 13 and 5 megapixels, allows you to take photos and make video calls of average quality, without optical stabilization.
Significant advantages are: high quality video recording and transmission, a separate sound processor and the ability to understand the owner's gestures (Smart Sense technology, disabled by default, to enable it, you have to look in the settings). For example, putting it to your ear automatically turns on the answer to an incoming call without any additional pressing on the sensor.
The external speaker is a little weak, the sound in the headphones is clearer and richer. Minus: poor audibility of the subscriber's voice on the line while on the street.
By default, the smartphone is equipped with almost all the necessary Google applications. For the convenience of the user, the CleanMaster junk cleaner and the Camera 360 photo editing application are installed.
