Mobile operator MTS has launched the most epic tariff - Smart Hype. This is the most unique offer on the cellular market. The indisputable advantage of this tariff is unlimited Internet traffic when watching videos from YouTube. However, the tariff has disadvantages that you need to be aware of.
You can connect to the "Hype" tariff from September 7th. The subscription fee for new customers is 12, 33 rubles per day. From the second month, money is debited monthly at 370 rubles. For MTS clients, the transition to the "Hype" tariff from another tariff is free of charge. In this case, the subscription fee of 370 rubles will be charged.
The Hype tariff includes:
Unlimited Internet access to popular social networks, instant messengers, music services, downloading from game resources, and most importantly, unlimited viewing of videos from YouTube

The main disadvantage of the "Hype" tariff is the small volume of calls to the phones of other operators, only 100 minutes. And that is not all. Any outgoing call is included in the main package. That is, a call to an MTS subscriber is also counted and subtracted from 100 minutes. Therefore, in reality, there are very few minutes for a conversation. After the basic package has been exhausted, calls to MTS subscribers will be unlimited, and calls to other cell phones in their region will be 2 rubles per minute.

Another disadvantage of the new tariff is an additional charge of 15 rubles per day if you use the tariff outside your area. But if you, being in another region, do not use the "HYIP" tariff, then the fee will not be charged. Therefore, I recommend connecting the "All Russia" option for 100 rubles.
