One of the functions of a mobile phone, which has become almost standard in recent years, is the playback of music recorded in digital format (.mp3,.wma). But in addition to playing and listening, any supported music can be delivered as a ringtone.
Instructions
Step 1
Connect your phone to your computer to access its memory card. This can be done using a special cable or wireless connection. You can also insert a flash card from your phone into a card reader connected to your computer.
Step 2
Open your phone's memory card and find a folder with sounds (called "Sounds" or "Music") in it and go into it. Copy the music that you want to install to the call to this folder. Choose a sound file depending on the phone's support for a particular format (as a rule, mp3 is the universal format in such cases). Then disconnect your phone from your computer (or insert a flash card into it) and turn it on.
Step 3
Go to the phone menu and select "Settings". In the settings, select the "Calls" sub-item and click on the "Call Signal" button in it. This menu item displays the current ringtone (if the phone was purchased recently, it will be a standard polyphonic sound).
Step 4
To install music, click on the "Select" button, after which the phone's file manager (or rather, a folder with sound files) will open, in which select a song previously recorded on a flash card or in the phone's memory from a computer. After that, the menu should display the name of the file with this music.
Step 5
Open the phone menu and go to the "File manager". In the manager, go to the folder with music and sounds. Select a sound file that was previously copied from your computer, or any other that you want to make a ringing tone. Press the "Menu" button and in the list of available commands select "Use as …" - "Ringtone". This music will now be the default ringtone.
