Step 2
Enter the main menu "Google Settings" and select "Security". Go to the "Android Remote Control" section, and then activate the remote search options, as well as, if desired, remote lock. Please note that you can only find your device using Android remote control if you open access to geodata. To do this, scroll down the settings menu and enter "Location" to enable geolocation.
Step 3
After activating the necessary settings, there are several ways to determine the location of the device using Android Remote Control. For example, through an Internet browser by logging in to android.com/devicemanager - here you will see the function of displaying the approximate location of the device on the map.
Step 4
Another way is to install a dedicated Android remote control app. Here you will need to log into your Google account using your username and password. Next, select the desired device from the proposed ones, after which you can track its approximate location on the map. At the same time, in addition to locating the phone or tablet, you will have the ability to remotely lock the device, turn on a sound signal on it or delete all personal data from it. Remember that the data on the current location of the device is displayed only for the current moment and will not be saved in the future.
