Step 1
First, you have the ability to turn off the Kaleidoscope through a special application. It is in your mobile phone. Open the menu, then select "Settings". Go to the "Broadcasting" column and click the "Disable" button. Remember to save your changes.
Step 2
Cancellation of the service is possible by sending an SMS-message to the number 5038. In the text, be sure to indicate the word stop or “stop”. As soon as the operator processes your application, he will send you a message about the successful disconnection of the "Kaleidoscope".
Step 3
Deactivation of services in MegaFon is also possible thanks to the Service-Guide self-service system. To use it, go to https://sg.megafon.ru/. Please note: a password is required to enter the system (you can set it by calling the company's Subscriber Service). After logging in, you will find yourself on the main page. There you will see the "Tariffs and Services" field, click on it. In the list of services that appears, select the one you are looking for and disable it. Then use the button "Make changes".
