Step 1
Deactivate the "Kaleidoscope" service using a special message. To do this, send the following text to the short number 5038: “stop”. Within a few minutes, your mobile device will receive a message from the operator with the results of the operation.

You can also use the help of an operator, that is, an employee of the cellular company "Megafon". To do this, visit one of the operator's communication salons. You can look at the addresses of the offices in which services are provided to individuals on the official Megafon website on the Help and Service tab.

There is one more way - this is to contact the operator by phone. To do this, dial 8-800-333-05-00 from your phone. The service will be disabled at your request.
Step 4
To deactivate the "Kaleidoscope" service, use a special application. You can find it on your mobile phone. Go to the menu, select the "Settings" section, then - "Phone". In the list that opens, click on "MegafonPro". You will see an application called "Kaleidoscope" - select it and uncheck all the checkboxes. Save your changes.

You can also use a self-service system called "Service Guide" and located at the email address https://www.megafon.ru, but you need a password to access your personal account. Register it with a dedicated command. Once on the personal account page, in the menu, find the "Services and tariff" section, click on it. In the list that opens, find the "Kaleidoscope" service and disable it. At the end, be sure to click "Make changes".

If you are a legal entity, disable the service using an official letter sent to the cellular company. You can send the document via fax 8-495-504-50-77, or take it to the office of the company in person.
