To get access to the Internet, MTS subscribers need to order and activate special settings. One of the largest Russian operators, MTS, provides its customers with several services and numbers for ordering automatic settings.

Step 1
Any subscriber of the company can order the necessary settings from the official MTS website. To do this, select the appropriate tab on the main page. In the field that appears, the client will have to enter his mobile phone number. In addition, it is possible to connect to the Internet by calling the short number 0876 (the call is free) or by sending a message to the number 1234. There should be no text in SMS. After the automatic settings arrive on your phone, save them. And in the settings, activate the installed profile.
Step 2
The operator "MTS" also has the service "Unlimited Internet". It allows you to use the Internet both on a mobile phone and on a computer by connecting the phone as a modem. There are several ways to connect. For example, a subscriber of the company can send a USSD request * 510 # (the request is free). In addition, the operator provides the SMS center number 510, to which you can send a message at any time with the Latin letter A (or small letter a). You have at your disposal a special USSD-portal * 111 * 404 #, and a self-service system called Internet Assistant. By the way, do not forget about the possibility of personal contacting the Customer Service Center or the MTS Contact Center.
Step 3
You can disconnect unlimited Internet from a mobile phone by sending a USSD-command * 510 * 0 # to the telecom operator or an SMS message with the letter R (r) to the short number 510. Please note that the use of these two numbers is absolutely free. As in the case of activating the service, you can log into the Internet Assistant system and turn off the Internet through it. Deactivation is also available in the MTS communication store and in the customer service office.
